Sukritin Gupta Vice President, Client Development

Sukritin is a high impact, diligent, and results-driven graduate in Mechanical & Automation Engineering, and an ambitious learner presently pursuing MS in Business Analytics and Project Management, keen on developing new insights into data, with the ability to use it to Forecast Future Trends, and exhibiting excellence in analyzing Case Studies to support Strategic Decision-Making for companies’ growth. Now as the VP of client development he’s focused on helping clients solve data problems and provide UConn students an opportunity to experience real world business queries and exposure to fast paced industry environment. |
Denny Lopez Vice President, Talent Management

Denny is currently a graduate student pursuing his Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management. Prior to his studies, Denny spent two years in the human capital advisory space as an executive search consultant. In this role, he acted as a strategic advisor to fortune 500 clients and startups, assisting them with their executive talent strategy across a number of functional areas. This included projects across investment management, go-to-market (sales, marketing, product management), analytics and so forth. To add to this, Denny’s industry experience spans across the financial services, technology services and professional services markets. In his role as Vice President of Talent Management, Denny will draw upon this experience to coordinate and build successful project teams for client engagements. |
Emily Maher Vice President, Strategy and Operations

Emily is a highly motivated and inquisitive Data Analyst. She is passionate about utilizing Analytics to drive business decisions and finding innovative solutions. Prior to joining the MSBAPM program, Emily worked in multiple roles at General Dynamics Electric Boat. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics with a concentration in Business Data Science at the University of Connecticut. She also attended UCONN for her undergrad, where she studied Management Information Systems. Emily is excited to address the unique challenges UGC will face this year, as we navigate a world dominated by COVID-19. |
Adam Brenner Vice President, Client Engagement

As a product of the UConn Management program – and combined with recent Sales Development experience within the SaaS industry – Adam is equipped with a solidified approach to understanding client pain points and tailoring effective business solutions. Currently, Adam is pursuing his Masters in Business Analytics and Project Management. He plans to leverage his business acumen and newfound technical skills to help businesses uncover impactful, data-driven insights that will foster better decision making. |
Brittany Smith Vice President, Talent Management

Brittany Smith is a Human Resource professional with over 8 years of experience. As she pursues her master’s degree she also manages three businesses. Brittany worked as a manager at her family-owned business, Dynamic Hair Salon & Beauty Supply. As she helped her mother’s business grow, she began working on her personal growth. She started a job at Adecco, working as an Administrative Assistant. Because she showed persistence and ambition, she was soon promoted to Recruiter. “I learned “the ropes” of recruiting while maintaining my responsibilities of staffing for small clients in the Manufacturing Industry”. After this job, she was then hired as a Human Resource Recruiter for Mid-State Arc. As a Human Resource Recruiter, she recruited candidates for positions working directly with individuals with disabilities.
After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Urban and Community Studies, she continued to work her way up the Human Resources ladder. she currently work at a major national organization as a People Operations Specialist, where she recruits for candidates to work with refugee children from foreign countries as well as candidates to work directly with individuals with disabilities in a private therapeutic boarding school located in Washington, CT. Other than recruiting, she performed an array of human resources tasks for the organization’s daily. “ I always look back on my past and to think that little girl working at her mom’s hair salon would be in the position she is in now and is continuing to better herself. Ryan is a transfer pricing Manager working for RSM US LLP based out of New York office. He has over five years of experience working on various Transfer Pricing projects including benchmarking, documentation and planning for tangible goods, services, loans and intangible property transactions. In addition, Ryan has experience with conducting and implementing profit split analyses and Master File and Local File documentation requirements contained in the BEPS Action 13 Final Report: Transfer Pricing Documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting. Ryan assists clients in various industries such as finance, fintech and manufacturing.
Prior to joining RSM, Ryan interned at the Democratic Headquarters in Danbury, CT working on the successful re-election campaign of Governor Dannel P. Malloy.

Kishori is a recent Information Technology graduate with a passion for problem solving and data analysis. She is an organized, data driven individual, pragmatic about risk mitigation and decision making, who can exploit programming skills developed over six years as a bridge between information technology and data analytics to more logically structure machine learning code. Currently pursuing masters in Business Analytics and Project Management, she is skilled at using data-modelling to build a competitive advantage.
Acting as the vice president of marketing, she’ll use various strategies and abilities to contribute her technical expertise to the development of marketing materials, campaigns and launches while collaborating with the key stakeholders and engaging with an organization’s administrative and technical levels to expand UGC’s scope.
