Business Overview

The client organization is a real estate website that helps customers find and purchase properties in New York. The objective is to eliminate the middleman and complete the entire purchase by yourself.

 

The house purchase process that previously involved emails, phone calls, texts, scheduling, and logistics has now been consolidated into a simple dashboard. By removing these roadblocks and giving you detailed step-by-step guidance the client organization makes the process of buying a home easy and transparent. With the right information and tools in hand, you no longer have to stop at “search.”

 

Project Overview:

The team will be required to create a no-cost plan to boost the number of unique views on the Neopad’s website to a target of thousands of views per day. This position will have considerable autonomy and will be responsible for making recommendations to the website in order to enhance traffic. This team will have job chances with Neopads as well as recommendations. With the Neopads team, this team might benefit from discussing novel approaches to boost traffic flow.

 

How You Will Make a Difference!

You will…

  • Find creative ways to market the company without cost which includes finding social media pages which are for college students, gathering for housing in NYC.
  • Conduct market research to find communities to introduce this product.
  • Use networks to bring viewers to market via Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Locate specific pages or organizations dedicated to seeking homes in the city and publicize the company website.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required to achieve marketing goals

 

UGC Student Consultant – Position Description

The student consultant is an individual who executes/delivers on a client’s project. As a student consultant, you will be working alongside other graduate students, and closely with the UGC client organization, to achieve the outlined project objectives that are provided. Student consultants will be expected to draw from their academic and working experiences to effectively and efficiently provide recommendations based on the project.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with other team members
  • Actively engaging with the project sponsor
  • Successfully managing time and effort to execute project tasks, to achieve deliverables within the set timeline
  • Providing frequent project updates to the client and the VP of Client Engagement
  • Providing a final presentation/report to the client

 

Requirement Qualifications 

  • Past experience or knowledge of media channels such as Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok and/or others.
  • Creativity to generate new ideas
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Windows: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
