The client organization is a Human Resource start-up that offers data-driven performance improvement strategies. The client works with businesses to offer executive & career coaching, human resource management, and professional speakers for conferences and keynote presentations.
The client’s organization facilitates behavioral change management to build any employee’s social capital and productivity in an organization. This is achieved by applying data science to provide
- A diversity score of the employee’s professional network
- Recommendation of the 150 most meaningful relationships
- The availability of the employee’s network to schedule a year-long engagement
Project Overview:
Create 12 slides and 20 minute presentation on a review of the scoring equation, including considerations for weighting, considerations for machine learning for recommendation of 150 contacts, determine cost to build Full Stack(Front End/Back End), especially Data engineering cost as opposed to data science/UX
UGC Student Consultant – Position Description
The student consultant is an individual who executes/delivers on a client’s project. As a student consultant, you will be working alongside other graduate students, and closely with the UGC client organization, to achieve the outlined project objectives that are provided. Student consultants will be expected to draw from their academic and working experiences to effectively and efficiently provide recommendations based on the project.
Position Responsibilities
• Working collaboratively with other team members
• Actively engaging with the project sponsor
• Successfully managing time and effort to execute project tasks, to achieve deliverables within the set timeline
• Providing frequent project updates to the client and the VP of Client Engagement
• Providing a final presentation/report to the client
Requirement Qualifications

SQL experience strongly preferred, experience with dashboarding, scorecard or reporting tools a plus.

Python literacy must.
