UGC Leadership Team Spotlight – UGC President, Darius Stallone

For our first UGC Newsletter we featured a quick spotlight on our president, Darius Stallone. See some responses to our spotlight questions below.

1.) What’s your favorite part about UGC?

“My favorite part about UGC would be its goal & its vision. The consulting world is still an unchartered territory that many have yet to take on. The kind of opportunities that remain untapped is just phenomenal. To bridge the gap between the projects and the right talent is what we aim at the CLUB. But, what remains the fact is the love of working on these projects itself. And that drive comes from the leadership’s efforts. The current leadership, THE TEAM is what I love and its because of the fact when everyone aligns their goals we were able to put together 4 such projects in the 1st semester which is a mile stone. Moreover I look forward to bringing in more opportunities to all the graduates and undergraduates out there to exercise out on their skill set and gains the experience that they very much need.” – Darius Stallone, MBA

2.) What’s your dream job in consulting?

“As a person who is experienced in the consulting world especially within FinTech and Investment Banking I look forward to the staying within these industries. During COVID, when markets hit record lows lows, there was a liquidity crisis, and a whole lot of uncertainty that came with it. What really kicked in were companies looking to the advice of consultants, and at this time we are still are in that phase. Unique skill set, well defined articulation of Ideas put across and experience being shown at its best is what I would aim at delivering. Gathering the points said above, a dream job to me would still be the fact where learning would never stop, where value appreciation for time & effort would be given is what I would define what would be my dream job in consulting would look like.” – Darius Stallone, MBA
